Like many contemporary realist painters, I work primarily from photographs.  My clients provide a suitable photo of their own choosing or, alternatively, I take high resolution digital photographs to serve as my references in the setting, attire, and lighting of their choosing.  All my paintings are executed on lead-primed linen or canvas supports with premium oil paint to maximize their durability.  With proper care, they will last for generations.
